Raffles City is an icon just at the Singapore Civic District. It consist of a large 5-storey Raffles City Shopping Centre, a 42-storey Raffles City Tower, a Raffles City Convention Centre, and two five-star hotels – the 73-storey Swissôtel The Stamford, and the 28-storey twin-towers Fairmont Singapore Raffles City.
The office tower offers views of both modern and heritage Singapore – Singapore Padang, CHIJMES, Beach Road/Suntec City. It is flanked by four main arteries of Singapore which makes it easily access to the entire Singapore. It is also directly above City Hall MRT and is connected via the underground retail network to Esplanade MRT and Suntec City.
